Live at the Brunswick Fire Hall for the Delainie Simpson Benefit. Al Morris III - guitar Screaming Mad Dee - voice Louis Strachan - bass Mot Waldmann - drums Iron Man evolved from earlier Alfred Morris III projects, Force and Rat Salad. In 1988, after becoming a Black Sabbath tribute, the band took the name Iron Man. The band began incorporating original music into its live set, and caught the attention of legendary German record label Hellhound. Hellhound released the first two Iron Man albums-Black Night in 1993, and The Passage in 1994. In 1999 the ...band released their third studio album, Generation Void through Brainticket Records. Iron Man weathered numerous lineup changes (with Morris being the only constant throughout the years) during the early 00's, then in 2004 Michael Lindenauer took on the role as their manager and helped Morris to revive the band. Ex-members of Maryland doom bands Wretched and Life Beyond (Louis Strachan on bass and Gus Basilika on drums) were recruited for the rhythm section, and after a long search Lindenauer secured vocalist Joe Donnelly of Sabbra Cadabra (a Black Sabbath tribute band). Basilika soon departed, to be replaced by drummer Brian "Dex" Dexter, and this lineup released the EP Submission in 2007. In 2007, Leaf Hound Records re-released remastered copies of the first two albums, originally released on Hellhound Records. In 2008, Black Night was also released on LP. Finally, in 2009, Morris guided yet another lineup of Iron Man <b>...</b>

madcowthemovie.filmbinder.com Production Notes Mad Cow found its genesis at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, and is the first collaboration between UK based writer / director Michael Wright (Dark Side, Boulevard Noir) and South African producer / director Michael Rix (Tengers, The Game of My Life) and producers Jason Rogan and Doug Marschke who all now work together as Funny How Films. In early 2009 Wright had shot a viral commercial which featured an actor in a cow costume, and when Rix saw the short film he suggested the idea of developing the character into a possible movie idea. We both love horror movies says Wright but we soon realized we loved comedy even more, and coupled with the decision to use a character, like the one in my viral film, meant the film simply had to be a spoof. We talked over a couple of possible approaches but new straight away the film would be called Mad Cow how could in not be? says Rix. Then producers Marschke and Rogan, who had met Rix and Wright many times in Cannes, heard about the Mad Cow concept and loved it straight away. They where totally into the idea from the start says Rix Except at that stage we where not totally sure exactly what Mad Cow was Wright put together a one page treatment in the business centre at the Marche, and presented it to Marschke and Rogan at a lunch the next day. (We had steak says Rogan) We where knew we wanted to do this film, and that we wanted to bring it back to Cannes 2010, so we had to get busy. Says <b>...</b>
