Four seasons, almost 50 cars and some outstanding stories. Over the past 2 years /BIG MUSCLE has been privy to some of the coolest rides known to man. From the Double Trouble twin-engine hot-rod, to the blood red '65 Corvette of Brian Hobaugh, to the fire-breathing 1,200 hp Super Sleeper Nova. This show is about amazing cars, wonderful owners and the stories that go with them. With that being said - sit back and enjoy a revisit to some of our favorites.
No other Camaro in history has ever been as ready to take to the track right from the dealership as the 2015 Camaro Z/28. But is it worth your $75,000? With Jason Harper, Bloomberg News and Automobile, and Travis Okulski, Jalopnik.
Chris Harris takes a 24 hour trip to Los Angeles to drive the new BMW i8. He hated the flight, but the i8 left a positive impression on the team. Capable of 23 miles all electric before the 3-cylinder turbocharged motor kicks in to recharge the batteries. This is one of the closest production cars we've ever seen that looks almost identical to the concept car it's based on.
Christian von Koenigsegg showcases the One:1's patented variable turbo, providing the perfect boost for any RPM level.
Fully 3D printed, with moving parts printed within the enclosed chamber, something never done before.
Back in 1959 the idea of having a pickup truck that could go around corners was simply ludicrous. These trucks were meant to haul farm equipment, construction supplies and tow stuff, not shred corners and pull lateral-g's. Owner Wes Drelleshak has always liked trucks, however he's always had a special affinity for one in particular - a 1959 Chevrolet Apache with the rare Fleetside bed. He bought it with the intention of making it his daily driver, but then something happened... He found out about auto-x.

One of the most disputed topics in the industry: Is it possible to make high performance carbon fiber wheels? Christian von Koenigsegg explains that it's not only possible, but his company has been doing it for a few years now. Take a look at how:
The Plymouth Valiant was never meant to be a muscle car. It was never meant to be fast, overly attractive or go around corners. Loved by grandparents and college professors alike, the Valiant was the go-to car for those who wanted smooth reliable transport. Owner Shannon Hudson bought this Valiant for $400.00 and after 20 years of ownership and a few different versions, built it into one of the coolest MOPAR A Bodies we've ever seen.

Justin Wilson gives Leo Parente and /ShakeDown the recipe for racing the Long Beach street course, IndyCar, and IMSA. JW mixes 'fried eggs' and 'bread loaves' [found on the track] with more classic ingredients [in-car] of gas, brake, balance, and aggressiveness.
Justin explains what it takes to hustle an IndyCar vs a Daytona Prototype, how the Ford and Honda V6 turbos compare, and why F1 today seems more video game then ever [Justin raced F1 in 2002 and 2003].
Shot the day before the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach weekend began, the action is in the info Justin Wilson shares and the details of the racecars being prepped.
PS - Going for the win, sitting pretty in P2, Justin was taken out by Scott Dixon as the race was winding down. Frustrating, as Dixon's Chevy eventually had to pit for a fuel splash and the Justin / Dale Coyne Racing / Boy Scouts DW12-Honda was good to go to the end with better mileage and strategy.

You may consider this a joke, but we assure you - it's not. Welcome to our favorite car, and potentially, the one you'll always remember as the best car in the world after this film. Hosted by Chris Harris in a terrible hat.
The world of 3D prototyping and printing has changed the automotive industry. Christian von Koenigsegg explains how his company takes advantage of the new 3D Printing technology, with where he feels the future of the industry is going..
If you haven't figured it out by now, we love wagons on this show. To some they're a misunderstood breed, but to those in the know, they're amazing. Not only were the wagons of yesteryear known for their styling, but their capacity to haul as much cargo as a modern day pickup. This 1964 Pontiac Catalina Safari started off life as a Police Wagon, but was transformed by its owner into the kick-ass, tire-shredding monster you see here. With a Nelson Racing Engines 468 cid big-block under the hood, some updated suspension bits and a killer look, this big green machine is outside-the-box styling at its best.

When it comes to cornering, the Ford Mustang has always been a bit lack luster. Factory attempts to cure this have been valiant (Boss 302, SVT Cobra R), however sometimes you need to think outside the box to get to the next level. The /BIG MUSCLE garage acquired a 2013 Mustang GT last year and were thrilled, until that is, we took it to the track. There we found Cortex Racing and with that, the understanding that with the right set of legs underneath it, even an over weight pony car can be made into an evil piece of track day weaponry.

Yes, it's a face lifted and tweaked 12C. But it also has 650hp and is faster than a shooting star. Well, that's what Ron told us.
Christian von Koenigsegg explains how his team has developed the new Koenigsegg One:1 5.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine which produces 1,360 hp and 1,371 N·m (1,011 lb·ft) of torque at 6000 rpm.Total weight of the engine is only 197 kg (434 lb) thanks to a carbon fiber intake manifold and the aluminum construction. The transmission is a 7-speed dual clutch with paddle shifters.

Say hello to the first Oldsmobile we've ever featured on /BIG MUSCLE. This 1965 Cutlass F-85 has been cloned into a wicked 442 by it's owner. The goal was simple - take a car that was a bit outside the norm and slowly transform it into a kick-ass cruiser that has the ability to be flogged on the autocross. With a carb'd 461 big block under the hood, it's big, different and one of the most overlooked machines from the muscle car era.

• Dennis "Fish" Newman / Dave Schaible
It's got a 5.0L engine out of an old Ford Mustang, the front end off a Pinto and a frame that's almost 100 years old. The Road Race T is the creation of Dennis Newman and Dave Schaible and was constructed to compete in the 24 Hours of LeMons, a 24 hour endurance race where the original purchase price of the car can be no more than $500.00. It's small, light and thanks to its amazingly talented builders, has the ability to put the hurt on the majority of its competition.
This week on /DRIVE: TEST/DRIVE is back on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Mike Musto drives a LeMons car originally built in 1927, /INSIDE KOENIGSEGG returns, Jalopnik on /DRIVE features a man obsessed with Swedishness, Chris Harris drifts a Jaguar F-Type Coupe, and it's the Subaru STi show on AFTER/DRIVE.
