When juicing for weight loss a lot of people email me and call me all the time asking how to do it.

Aside from the fact that juiced fruits and vegetables have very low calories and no fat, they are loaded with a variety of high quality vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and enzymes that help your body function at its best.

The reason juicing helped me was largely because I was consuming a whole lot of empty calories and I felt unsatisfied all of the time. In a state of being un-satisfied I did what anyone would do in my situation and I ate more. So much more in fact that it didn't matter how long I would work out in the gym my body remained the same.

Desperate for answers and tired of the mundane complacency I had an wise old man tell me that if juicing worked to help him rid his body from cancer, what would it do for me? Healthy but not at the level of performance I wanted to be in I decided to take a chance and boy am I glad I did.

What started out as 1 green drink per day escalated to 2 and then the Alpha Reset (5 day juice cleanse) that has transformed thousands of people all over the planet.

Juice Recipe - Cucumbers (1 or 2), 3 Stalks of Celery, 2 Leaves of Kale, 1 Lemon, 1/2 Apple, 2 inches Ginger (will speed up your metabolism).

3. Automating Your Juicing Schedule so Success is Inevitable

Use your alarm function on your cell phone to remind yourself to juice! Use the alarm to remind yourself when to eat and when to juice! Don't wait until you are thirty or hungry. Preparation is your key to success!

Tool #1 -- Solidify What That Life Looks Like

Bring your imagination to it, and there you can build a strong foundation realizing that there's a thin line between reality and pure visual imagery. Write how you paint the life on your senses, and make it become your entry point to a strong foundation.

Tool #2 -- Taking Action by Asking Questions and Being Vulnerable

Ask for guidance. No man is an island. Is there anything more powerful than learning from someone who was built on that experience? There are a lot of people who take pride from lending a helping hand to those who have the most sound potentials.

Tool #3 -- Be Giving-Centric!

Don't go into business thinking "What can I get from it?" Go into business and ask yourself, "What can I do to give?" Be the fullest expression of who you are. Give everything in what you do - may it be passion, time, talent or dedication. And everything that you gave will find their way back.

1. Your kidneys release the hormone erythopoietin. This hormone stimulates the bone marrow and "tells" it to make red blood cells. (1)

2. The second hormone that is released by your kidneys is renin. Renin is important in regulating blood pressure. High blood pressure is one of the underlying risks of heart disease. The higher your blood pressure, the more your heart has to work to pump blood throughout your body. Over time if this continues your heart may enlarge. (1)

3. The third hormone that is release is called calcitriol. Calcitriol is the active form of Vitamin D. Vitamin D helps keep calcium in bonds and is important for proper chemical balance in your body. (1)

The two most common causes of kidney disease are diabetes and high blood pressure. (1) Both can be preventable and controllable. Many people have a risk for diabetes and high blood pressure in their family history, but even if you do you can do things to help prevent the risk for these conditions.

With all this functions that your kidneys are responsible for it's important to help your kidneys function at optimal levels. This means you have to give your kidneys a break by first and foremost eliminating unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol, eating processed foods and so on.

As a transformation coach I like to ask powerful questions....

"What is going to happen in your life when you take responsibility for everything in your experience?"

People often ask me, "Drew, what is Think. Feel. Become? You have it printed all over your marketing material!"

Let me explain that today.

I recently spoke with my good friend, Grant Cardone, who wrote "The 10X Rule".

Cardone wrote, "Things don't happen to you. They happen because of you." [Tweet This!]

I believed this concept my whole life. I believe that I am creator. I believe everything in my experience I create.

Everything that is taking place in your life is a result of you and not external circumstances.

Why are there so many victims out there in this world? People blame their:

Relational Problems.
Physical Problems.
Financial Problems.
So how do we stop this vicious cycle of victimization and defeat?

Think. Feel. Become. is one of the models that we teach here at FitLife.TV

Let me break it down.

Example 1:

A good friend of mine lost money in business and the stock market (roughly 100K two to three times). As a result, my friend became cold about giving. He became closed-off as a result of this experience. As he became closed off, the universe began to close off on him. The thoughts and emotions that we project become our reality.

Example 2

Recently I was involved in a business situation that resulted in a 120-150K loss that happened within this past month. Instead of buying into that illusion that money was going to somehow materialize or I had control of that money, I needed to make better decisions. I did not want the universe to close off on me.

I realized that I need to adjust my thinking quickly.
I also had to adjust my emotions backed by that decision.

This is the reason why Think. Feel. Become. is so powerful.

Your thoughts fueled by emotions are the components that become your daily experience.

Now knowing this, we can become that magical life force creating vibrant experiences.

I want to leave you with 3 Tools today.

Tool #1 - You are the Average of your best 5 friends in your physical, financial, relationships, social, and spiritual life. Who are your 5 best friends? How are they contributing to your life? Are these uplifting friends? Are there friends that you need to distance yourself from?
Tool #2 -- You have a conscious choice. Stop being the victim.
Tool #3 -- Surround yourself with Positive books!

One of the questions we get all the time is, "How do I deal with my cravings?"

So we're going to talk about that today.

There's a lot of temptations out there with refined sugars. Especially with processed foods, most of the sugars out there are derivatives of corn.

When we eat those processed foods, we give those toxic taste buds a dance party but this does not contribute to our long term goals.

One of the key ingredients in this recipe is Glutamine.

Glutamine will help you stop those sugar cravings dead in their tracks.

When we train our clients, we recommend them taking glutamine. Sugars are four times more addictive than drugs.

Limes are useful in stopping sugar cravings in their tracks.

The key is to Train our Taste to Trim our Waist through juicing.

Dental care is one of the most important things you can do for your overall health. Check out this video we made for you in regards to your dental care and health. Dr. Lo is live on set with us as we talk about 4 things you can do.

1) Get a good tooth brush. I have the Sonic Care and that is what I recommend to anyone that wants the best. This is the toothbrush I use.

2) Floss, it's amazing what flossing can do for your overall health. Flossers live 6 years longer than the non flossers. :) I use a water pic.

3) Toothpaste without flouride - Power Smile is good.

4) Get a tounge scraper or an Ora Brush.

5) Oil pulling. Take a spoon full of coconut or sesame oil and swish it around in your mouth.

Implement one of these tips consistently before moving onto the next one. Your mouth will thank you, so will everyone around you.

Give your body a boost by doing a simple detox. Giving your body a break is important. With all the stress that our bodies endure from environmental toxins, it's important from time to time to detox and get rid of the harmful toxins that buildup in our bodies. Detoxing not only helps get rid of toxins, it's also a time where our bodies can rest and heal.

This week's winner was Denise Gabay Otten. This is her story:
"Twenty years ago when my first daughter had ezcema at 6 months old and used to throw up at every meal, even when it was breast milk...the doctors and I were stumped at how to get her to hold food down. I finally went to a chiropractor (Dr. John Pagano) who was ahead of his time. He told me the child was allergic to many foods. I should not feed her milk (which I did not) but formula that was soy. But she threw that up too. Then he suggested JUICING FRESH FRUIT, as well as an elimination diet (she was allergic to foods).
She had bottles of papaya, asian pear, and prickly pear every week. Just add some calcium into it so she could get her recommended dose of Calcium.
At 6 months old until she was 18 months, my daughter lived on fresh juice (& breast milk until she was 12 mos) She still has ezcema and allergies, but I suspect the JUICING helped her grow and stay strong with more vitamins that any other child was receiving. She's now 20, strong and vibrant. Still has allergies, but she hasn't juiced since she was 18 mos old.
I truly BELIEVE JUICING SAVED HER LITTLE LIFE, as she was NOT gaining weight because she was vomiting everything up.
So to all those mothers out there...yes, you can give your child FRESH JUICE from the JUICING MACHINE. But you should add extra calcium. Talk to your Pediatrician about that."

The best way to get your kids interested in juicing is to get them involved! With the young ones, they LOVE to help you put the fruit and veggies in the juicer (always with supervision). Cut up some of the items and allow them to put them in the juicer and watch the juice come out. They absolutely LOVE this!

Besides these vast and beneficial properties of berries, berries also aid in reducing chances of heart disease, cancer and obesity.

3. Have you ever heard of ellagic acid? Well it's believed to be effective in fighting against cancer causing molecules. According to the American Cancer Society laboratory studies conducted studying ellagic acid found that ellagic acid actually causes cell death in cancer cells.

4. Tannins are also another flavonoid with anti-oxidative properties. Tannins are primarily found in cranberries. Tannins are effective in fighting and preventing urinary tract infections. Don't like cranberries? Well you're in luck because black berries also are packed with tannins.
