On Infowars Paul Craig Roberts attempted to educate the douchebag airhead asshole Alex Jones but Jones idiotic ideology refuses to recognize facts. Kudos to Roberts for admitting that the whole theory of deregulation was a sham and precipitated the whole mess we are in now. Jones proves his right wing ideology trumps facts and that is tantamount to religion or agenda driven material. Another reason to reject Jones as any kind of truth teller. Walmart is in a predicament and can't get enough slaves to run it's stores. What is to be done? They could decide to actually pay people a decent wage and give them benefits. What happened in this case is egregious and terrible. The two guys who were found guilty deserve much worse sentences and should have been tried in an adult court and be serving long sentences. This is a travesty where the media releases her name and fawns over the "ruined lives" of the perpetrators. Pope Benedict resigns citing health. I believe him. It must be quite hard to manage massive molestation charges and a campaign of cover up. Like any mob boss he must be quite spent. This will leave room for a somewhat younger guy to do all the file hiding and priest shuffling to continue the cover up of the rampant abuse and molestation in the RC Church. In the State of the Union the President came out guns blazing on Medicare and Social Security but masterfully used the wedge issues to keep the eyes of his liberal lemmings focused on instead of his raping them of their economic rights and future security. The odyssey with Dorner appears to be over. I'm sure there will be conspiracies popping up on this issue but I have not looked at it enough. Taken at face value Dorner deserves no praise for killing innocents and the LAPD deserves to be razed and built anew to get rid of it's culture of corruption. They have had a long history of Cointelpro involvement, use of excessive force and other egregious acts. And to end this chase to either start a fire to burn Dorner alive, or allowing a fire to start and letting the cabin burn to ashes is certainly nothing to be proud of as it is extrajudicial killing, much like our glorious President. Note ID found in charred rubble that rendered body unidentifiable but left drivers license readable...hmmm...reminds me of the "hijacker" passports on the street on 9/11. Oh and they found ID previously near the Mexican border earlier and I don't know anyone who has multiple sets of IDs except spooks. Oh and the wonderful media does a great job of toeing the line of the police when asked to not show the burning of the cabin and to stop watching them go about killing Dorner as well as misreporting once again claiming a body had been pulled from the cabin when no such body was pulled from the cabin earlier than it was.

With the furtherance of war everywhere and the detachment of drones it is "normal" that people die all the time, sometimes horribly. Is it video games? No these are a symptom of our sick society. Why is most violence and gun deaths happening in the South? It's not the people, but the remnants of the slave owners whether literally in the family or through investment of the assets of the people who used to keep people in chains. The South has it's own oligarchy and it is through that group that we have the resurgence of the far right and neoconfederate movements of today. We have so many guns because we are supposed to have them. The government isn't going to come get your guns because it's not in the playbook of those that run the government, finance capital oligarchs. Visciousness is rewarded, psychopathy is rewarded, and making money at the expense of everything else is rewarded in this sick society. It is easy to see that this culture has been shaped and made to foster acts of horror like this one and the oligarchs want it that way. It's win/win for them and we are left holding the bag, the body bag.

Commentary on the Clackamas Town Center mall shooting and guns and maybe another reason for these terrible tragedies. Maybe not a gun issue at all. I support the 2nd amendment, not a condemnation of the right to own guns and not an excuse for murder. Just some thoughts. Here in Pittsburgh the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) a "non-profit" that has excess income of between 50 and 100 Million dollars (while paying no taxes) yearly has insulted their workers. They are setting up a food bank for it's employees that are struggling. And asking their employees to contribute to it to help employees that can't afford food. Instead of paying their workers more with the tens of millions of dollars in "excess" money they get they are setting up a food bank for the workers that can't afford to eat. Sheer lunacy and a total slap in the face. Shades of Walmart putting people to under 30 hours then telling their workers to get on Medicaid so they don't have to pay for their insurance.
What the f*ck can we do about this mess? One possible solution to try.

A little step back to the Penn State fiasco. 3 more people get indicted for their part in the scandal around Sandusky. The title says it all. The supposed movie seems to elicit much more than it should have considering that this sort of thing is all over the web all the time. Seems like an operation. But who knows. Romney seems to be deliberately throwing this election but it may be a way to just laugh at people when they vote for him, who knows. The bottom line is the candidates are exactly the same and we lose no matter what. Also beware the new weapon of some in the supposed truth and alternative movements of the "Trivium" "Quadrivium" and supposed logical argumentation. In much of the cases this is just used as tool to shut people up and denigrate those with different positions. There is nothing wrong with logic and classical argumentation but there are certain people and groups that have adopted this clearly as a strategy to denigrate and dismiss alternate views. Beware the motivation especially if they are pushing their own position rather than trying to determine what is the truth.

There may still be some question as to who is really responsible for these acts but in reality do we need to look any further than the real people in these places who are sick of having foreign armies in their country?
