When Microsoft debuted the Xbox One, they gloated about how sensitive the new Kinect 2.0 is. The new Kinect will record 30fps in 1080HD, and has the ability to detect the slightest motion, including a turn of the wrist. It even features the ability to read your heartbeat while exercising.

Every new Xbox One system comes packaged with a Kinect 2, and this time around, you don't have any option but to use it. Xbox One will not work without Kinect being connected. This doesn't seem like an issue until you realize that Kinect 2.0 is always listening to your conversations. In this commentary, I break down the privacy issues with Kinect and what it means for the future of Xbox One.

Microsoft's Xbox One Reveal didn't go as well as it should have due to the confusion surrounding primarily, the Xbox One's used game policy. Does it play used games? Does it have a fee? Can you sell or trade your games at a store or onlline?

While Microsoft claims that they will reveal everything in further detail later on, we do know a little bit more about how the game system will work. Both Xbox and Gamestop are also reporting that players will still be able to trade and sell their games online or at stores.

Microsoft just finished showing the world the reveal of the next gen Xbox, called Xbox One. While the Xbox One press conference covered a few areas that are important to gamers, there were a few noteworthy tidbits that Microsoft left out of the conference - and for good reason.

Leading up to the Xbox One reveal, players had 3 important questions that have stirred up a lot of controversy in the console wars with Playstation 4.

1) Always Online? Good News - The Xbox One is not required to always have an internet connection. So you will be able to play your Blu-Ray movies and single player games just fine offline. Microsoft is mentioning however that game developers can take advantage of different tools and capabilities which would require a connection for certain games if the developers implemented these tools. One of the examples used, was the ability for developers to use the 'Cloud' to perform some game operations - instead of relying on the Xbox One's processing power. So basically, Microsoft is leaving it up to the developer to decide whether their game has DRM Always on functionality.

2) Will it play Xbox 360 Games? - Bad News - Xbox One will not be backwards compatible and will not play Xbox 360 or XBLA games. The new architecture simply will not support the older games. Microsoft has said that Xbox One is for the next generation of games, and that is what it will play. Sony has made it known that it also faces the same trouble with the Playstation 4 and PS3 games, but Sony is expected to enable players to play their PS3 games on the PS4 using their streaming technology and cloud services. Since Microsoft also has access to these tools, it remains a possibility that the Xbox One could potentially offer the same services in the future. That remains to be seen however.

3) Will Xbox One play Used Games? - Yes - but for a fee apparently. A Wired interview suggests that all new games must be installed onto the hard drive. The games can then be played without a disk. This obviously would create a situation where players would simply lend each other games and install them without purchasing the titles. In order to counter this, it looks like Microsoft will tie each disk to a user account. If a second user (Used game) - inserts the disk to install the game, then that player will be asked to pay a fee before they are allowed to install the game (own it). Microsoft has not stated how much this fee will be, or what will happen if the second hand player tries to play the game without installing.

We are only a few hours away from Microsoft revealing the Next Generation Xbox. In this commentary, I run down the list of items that we can expect to see at the May 21st Xbox reveal, and a few things you can expect to NOT see during the show. Here are a few of the topics that are worth mentioning.

Xbox Name: What will the next Xbox be called? Just Xbox? Xbox Infinity / Xbox Fusion / Xbox 720 - It will be nice to finally know for sure what we will need to ask for at the game store.

Kinect 2.0 - The voice / motion controlling peripheral has sold a ton of units, but failed to grab the attention of the hardcore gamers. The next xbox is expected to include a Kinect with every unit sold, and the next gen Kinect is said to have a lot better resolution and tracking capability. Will Kinect 2.0 pick up the hardcore gaming crowd that 1.0 left behind?

TV & Entertainment Apps - It's no secret that Microsoft isn't just trying to sell you a 'gaming machine'. They want the Xbox to be a major player in all of your entertainment needs - including TV, Music, Movies, Ordering Pizza and so forth. Expect Xbox to showcase the next gen dashboard and apps that will fulfil your entertainment needs.

Games: While we most certainly will see a few games during the #XboxReveal, don't expect the reveal to focus on games. Microsoft has stated that the reveal is going to be a 2 part process. May 21st will be about the System and capabilities of the system, while E3 2013 will focus on the games for Xbox.

In this commentary, I discuss the new Smart Rifle by TrackingPoint.

What if you could become a marksman sniper within minutes, even if you had never handled a weapon before in your life?

TrackingPoint, a Texas company, has developed a 'Smart Rifle' that sounds as if it comes right out of a sci-fi movie. The CEO stated, "We're taking centuries old tech, firearms and ammunition, and introducting 21st century technology to it."

The rifle features a network scope with a sophisticated system they are calling XactSystem. The tracking scope has a digital display that allows the user to laser tag (paint) a moving target. The system then calibrates and measures a number of different factors including wind / barometric pressure / incline / drift / range / temperature. The guided trigger will only fire when the system determines that you have the greatest chance of hitting the target. It basically turns anyone into a human aimbot and can drastically increase your chance of hitting the target for up to 1200 yards on some models.

The company began shipping out the PGF Smart rifles this week to the public, but if your looking to pick one up for Christmas. Prepare to shell out some cash, because the price tag is currently $22,500 for one of these firearms. But that does include a free ipad mini, because the scopes also feature wifi and can record audio and video and relay it back to mobile devices. I told you it sounded like a sci-fi movie!

I was watching a video from WoodysGamertag, and he was discussing Marijuana. He made a statement that made me pause. He said, "It's bad for you, don't let people say its good for you. Microsoft is killing off its Xbox Points system in favor of a new gift card system that will be similar to iTunes cards. Cost will now be based on local currency. Players will also have the option of using their credit or debit cards with the new system. Microsoft is set to unveil the new system between now and E3 2013. Everything will be in place for the transition to the Next Gen Xbox which will be unveiled on May 21st.

While this news may be good for your sanity, it may also mean new games will come to the Xbox from developers who have avoided publishing games due to the point system being based on the weak US Dollar.

Several days ago, a story about a Battlefield 4 survey began to make its rounds around the internet. Since then, news outlets have confirmed that the BF4 survey is a real survey from Electronic Arts. EA has stated however, "these are just some of the ideas included in our survey and are not indicative of anything we have in the works."

While this survey may not confirm or deny any real components of BF4, its hard to imagine some of these items not making it into the final game. If nothing else, this gives you an insight into what is being tossed around on the development floor.

I just finished up a good commentary by MattTheMusketeer. He was asking, "what makes a great battlefield player?" And he talked a little bit about stats, and whether they were important - and if they were, which ones signified that a player was a great Battlefield player? The 2 biggest indicators of skill that many people focus on is K/D (Kill vs Death Ratio), or SPM (Score per Minute). I thought it was a good question and subject, and I thought K/D and SPM were valid points to bring up in a discussion about the topic.

But when I think about the question, I have to say that I don't put all of my faith in leaderboards or points. And I feel that, at least in most Battlefield modes - K/D is irrelevant. K/D is really only important in TDM, and in extreme cases where you are dying repeatedly and draining tickets. But sometimes, the leaderboards don't tell the full story.

Take a game of Capture the flag for example. I can recall numerous times where I would play the role of spawn beacon. Different people play it different ways. The way I play it, is probably the most boring to most people. But I work my way to the enemy base and try to place a spawn beacon for my fellow squad mates to spawn in on. I then usually hide somewhere just to stay alive, to make sure my teammates can keep pressure on the enemy team. I may not fire my weapon at all to keep from alerting my position. I'll do my best to spot enemies - but my primary goal is to stay alive and stay hidden at the enemy base. At the end of the game, my squadmates usually comment on how awesome it was to constantly have a spawn at the enemy location. But if anyone on the other team looked at my score on the leaderboard. They may see someone with a negative K/D - barely any points and at the bottom. Yet, I played a crucial role in the victory often times.

I don't take credit for the wins, but I was part of the team. I helped the team. Other people helped the team by being the meatshields, the flag runners, the gunners, the drivers and so on.

I can think of several times on Operation Metro where i will be a meatshield and just try to use the smoke to run through the enemy to get behind them if our team is pushed in. That usually isn't good for my K/D, or my SPM, but when I do break through - it can turn a game around.

I think the sign of a great Battlefield player is someone who can be adaptive. You can have great Snipers - Great Pilots - Great Tank Drivers. But the best players are the ones who switch to a medic when the team needs revives. The player who plays an Engineer when its time to play with the armor. The ones who PTFO. If you can say at the end of the game, that you helped in some way to contribute to the win - I say your a good Battlefield player.

The great thing about Battlefield is that it is so unique - there are so many different elements, variables - ways to play. There is no right answer, and everyone has their own interpretation. Players can use Corvo's freerunning expertise to scale buildings, slide under obstacles and sprint across platforms, with certain supernatural abilities also offering further use of Corvo's movement.

Many areas are open to exploration; hidden rewards and experiences await, tucked away, for more adventurous players to find.

The Knife of Dunwall is a Downloadable Content pack developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks for Dishonored. The story add-on allows the player to play as Daud, the leader of the clan of supernatural assassins known as The Whalers. Seeking redemption for killing the Empress, Daud is given a directive by the Outsider: unravel the mystery behind Delilah. Daud sets out on a journey that includes stops in familiar places (the Whalers' base in the Flooded District) as well as areas of Dunwall not seen in Dishonored's main story (the Legal District and the Rothchild Slaughterhouse).

Like Corvo, Daud is imbued with supernatural powers by the Outsider. Some of them are new, like Summon Assassin, which lets the player call in acolytes for assistance in combat. Others are variations on Corvo's abilities, such as Void Gaze — which highlights Runes and Bone Charms — and Blink, which, when used, will now completely stop time. Daud also has an array of gadgets at his disposal, including Choke Gas, an attack that dazes enemies, and Arc Mines.

Heather Hayes, 24, faces charges from an incident which took place on Feb. 26 at Turkey Hill. Charges of indecent exposure, simple assault, open lewdness, and harassment.

Police received a dispatch at 2:42 a.m. about a female assaulting a male at the convenience mart. Upon arrival, he saw a female standing by the trash container, nude from the waist down.

Hayes told police that she had gotten into an argument with her boyfriend, Eric Zuber, after he refused to have sex with her.

Officers spoke with Zuber, who said that the two were at his house and that Hayes became argumentative when he refused to have sex with her. He said the argument escalated, and that Hayes began to slap and punch him about the head and back. She bit him on the left forearm, and grabbed his testicles and began to twist them.

Ohl saw redness and bite marks on Zuber's forearm. Zuber said he was able to flee when Hayes was smashing things in the house. He said he was headed for the convenience store to call 911, and that Hayes was following him, yelling obscenities and insults. Zuber said Hayes followed him into the store, yelling at him, and hit him with her house keys.

Hayes was taken to the police station. She said that for the past two days, Zuber had been playing Xbox with his friends, and not paying attention to her. Hayes said this upset her, and that Zuber wouldn't go to bed with her and have sex. Hayes said they argued, and that she smashed things in the house, but didn't remember assaulting Zuber.

Asked why she was nude from the waist down, Hayes said it was because she was anticipating having sex, and that she didn't want to go upstairs and put on pants before following Zuber to the convenience store.
