Come in tutte le prime puntate di ogni serie, sono stati presentati i sei protagonisti, Marco (Antonio Tocci), Katy (Daniela Capristo), Joanne (Valentina Iaia), Mary (Ilaria Ferruccio), Anthony (Luca Radeglia) e Daniel (Stefano Simone). Già da questa puntata i sei protagonisti dovranno avere a che fare con la loro antagonista Madame Moire, (Maria Carmela Primiceri), e le sue tre seguaci, interpretate da Anastasia Pasimeni, Chiara Marini e Clarissa Perrucci.
